Manufacturing Lead Time & Process
Each Signature Series Letterbox is made to order by our small two-person manufacturing team here at All Sortz Workz. We do not mass produce or hold these in stock - every letterbox is individually manufactured specifically for your order.
Once your order has been placed, you will receive your first artwork proof within 7 days via email. Artwork approval must be confirmed in writing before manufacturing can commence.
Following artwork approval, your letterbox progresses through our full in-house manufacturing process:
• Precision laser cutting of all components
• Folding and fabrication
• Welding and structural assembly
• Powder coating
• Final assembly and quality checks
• Careful packaging ready for freight or collection
Due to current workload and the lead-up to the Easter period, our current manufacturing lead time is approximately 6 weeks.
We appreciate your patience while we manufacture your letterbox - each one is built with care to ensure a high-quality finished product that will last for years to come.
